Remote Logistics Sales Executive - Cold Chain Freight

What Youll Do
- Be the go-to partner for shippers needing cold chain solutions.
- Hunt down new opportunities through smart outreach, referrals, and creative prospecting.
- Own the sales cycle - from first conversation quote negotiation close smooth onboarding.
- Collaborate with sharp ops teams to deliver a flawless customer experience.
- Stay on top of market trends and turn insights into deals.
- 3+ years in freight/logistics driving sales.
- Cold chain / temp-controlled freight experience (you know the space).
- A track record of generating $3M+ in revenue (and hungry for more).
- Negotiation and relationship skills that turn contacts into loyal customers.
- CRM savvy, strong with Microsoft Office (Excel skills = bonus points).
- A current book of business with no non-compete? Thats gold.
