Overview

Vice President Operations, 2 Hour Learning (Remote) - $400,000/year USD at Trilogy.

Base pay range: $200.00/hr - $200.00/hr.

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is available immediately and requires entering into an independentcontractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $200 USD/hour, which equates to $400,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.

What You Will Be Doing

• Driving the execution of a national launch plan, taking ownership of one critical domain such as regulatory approvals, onboarding, or financial operations.
• Exercising full decision-making authority to lead cross-functional teams and ensure successful outcomes.
• Developing and implementing operational playbooks, refining them through real-world application.
• Collaborating with founders, team leads, and campus staff to establish robust launch infrastructure.
• Leveraging AI and automation to optimize and expedite operational processes.

• Acting as a consultant this role demands direct ownership and execution.
• Being bogged down by hierarchical approvals you will communicate directly with decision-makers.

Vice President Operations Key Responsibilities

Lead and execute a key operational component of 2 Hour Learning's national school launch, ensuring rapid, efficient, and scalable implementation.

Basic Requirements

We are seeking candidates with the ability to drive fast-paced operational excellence across diverse projects.

Your Qualifications Should Include

• Minimum of 3 years' experience at a leading strategy consulting firm (e.g., McKinsey, Bain, BCG).
• Demonstrated success in managing cross-functional operations in complex, ambiguous settings.
• Strong expertise in one or more areas: regulatory compliance, onboarding, or large-scale financial operations.
• Strategic thinker with a bias for action and minimal need for oversight.
• Authorization to work in the U.S. and openness to travel approximately one week per month.
• Proficiency in using AI tools to enhance operational efficiency.
