What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Make 40-60 outbound calls and generate 100+ outbound emails daily to guests interested in cruise vacations
- Build and maintain relationships with guests to encourage referrals and repeat business
- Manage your database by contacting guests with timely and relevant messages
- Meet performance metrics and sales objectives consistently
- Complete 10-12 weeks of paid training on the employers products, systems, and selling best practices
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong sales skills and time management abilities
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience with Excel and Outlook preferred
- Must be committed to the training and first 90 days of employment without time off
