A full-time manager of radiation therapy position is available in an advanced, patient-centered oncology care environment located in Rancho Mirage, California. Key Responsibilities

1. Lead daily operations of the radiation therapy department, ensuring safe, accurate, and efficient treatment delivery

3. Ensure compliance with all regulatory, accreditation, and safety standards
4. Oversee scheduling, staffing, and workflow optimization
5. Maintain and enforce radiation safety protocols and equipment QA
6. Collaborate with physicists, dosimetrists, and physicians to support treatment planning and delivery
7. Contribute to strategic planning, budgeting, and continuous quality improvement initiatives
8. Participate in staff recruitment, onboarding, education, and ongoing performance evaluations
