The District Performance Coordinator (DPC) plays a critical role in cultivating a culture of excellence in pharmacies across their market. The DPC is a critical support partner to the Pharmacy District Leader (DL, RX) and District Support Pharmacist Leader (DSPL), that brings forward insights to help improve Pharmacy district-level performance. As the key support to the DL, Rx, the DPC partners with the DSPL, Pharmacy Managers (P - Ms) and teams across the market to ensure that pharmacies are effectively staffed and scheduled, prepared for scheduled activities (vaccine clinics, inventories, remodels, pilots, rollouts, etc.), compliant with regulatory guidelines, and embracing change and new ways of working.
