Full-Stack Developer

Job Summary: We're looking for a Full-Stack Developer who is fluent in Python/Node.js, React, Docker, PostgreSQL, and AWS and knows how to use Claude Code to move faster, write cleaner code, and ship production-grade systems efficiently. This is a hands-on engineering role where you'll design, build, and maintain scalable applications end-to-end. You'll also help define best practices for AI-assisted development, integrating Claude Code into the daily build, review, and deploy cycle.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Node.js (backend) and React (frontend).
• Build and manage APIs, microservices, and event-driven backends optimized for AWS.
• Use Claude Code for intelligent code generation, refactoring, and documentation while maintaining human-level oversight and architectural control.
• Create and manage PostgreSQL database schemas, queries, and performance tuning.
• Containerize applications with Docker and orchestrate builds/deployments on AWS (ECS, EKS, or EC2).
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions for testing, deployment, and release automation.
• Write clean, modular, and testable code with strong adherence to best practices.
• Collaborate with designers and product owners to iterate quickly while maintaining technical excellence.
• Drive the adoption of AI-assisted coding workflows across the engineering team.
