About the job Rehabilitation Manager
Position Overview:
Tap Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Rehabilitation Manager to join Welbe Healths PACE program in La Quinta, California. This leadership role oversees the delivery of comprehensive rehabilitative services for a frail and elderly population, ensuring quality outcomes, operational excellence, and person-centered care. The Rehabilitation Manager will guide a multidisciplinary team of therapists, foster a culture of collaboration, and ensure compliance with PACE program standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Therapy.
- Minimum of five (5) years of demonstrated rehabilitation experience.
- Two (2) years of supervisory experience with proven ability to mentor and develop team members.
- One (1) to three (3) years of management experience preferred.
- In-depth knowledge and experience treating frail, elderly participants with complex needs.
- 2-5 years of related experience.
