This 380-bed, Trauma II hospital is looking for a full-time, permanent Lab Manager. If you're looking to lead a team of highly-qualified professionals who are committed to providing effective and efficient lab results, this could be the place for you!

DESCRIPTION & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manages the daily operations of the department and supervises staff.
• Assists in selection of personnel for hire.
• Performance management, and makes recommendations on discipline and terminations.
• Achieves ongoing compliance with regulatory agencies.

QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor's Degree in Medical Technology or related Health Science
• Meets CLIA requirements for General Supervisor
• Registered in accordance with an approved certifying agency (ASCP, NCA, AMT or equivalent)
• 2+ to 5 years experience
