If you see yourself as a great match, wed love nothing more than for you to join us at the forefront of innovation as our new Specialist Sales Engineer!/ppWhat Youll Do:/pulliAct as a trusted technical advisor throughout the sales cycle, demonstrating how AI can be monitored and secured./liliDeliver compelling product demonstrations and address technical questions in early customer engagements./liliSupport customers during proof-of-concept projects, ensuring they realize measurable value./liliDocument innovative customer use cases and contribute to blog posts, product guides, and technical documentation./liliCollaborate with a global team in our remote-first environment, occasionally flexing outside standard working hours to support customers across time zones./li/ulpWhat Youll Need:/pulli5+ years of experience with enterprise software solutions, with a solid background in.../liliAI LLM knowledge ulliUnderstanding of AI/LLMs, foundation models, common model vendors, and common business use cases for AI/liliUnderstanding of training methods, fine tuning, and RAG application architectures/liliUnderstanding agents, agentic AI, tool usage, and MCP/li/ul/liliAI Security knowledge ulliDeep Understanding of Prompt injection, an evolving LLM vulnerability that allows attackers to embed conflicting or deceptive instructions into user inputs that override system prompts - often to extract sensitive data and subvert AI behavior./liliUnderstanding of Sensitive information disclosure (PII Leakage) and Data model poisoning/liliModel tampering and extraction/liliSupply chain and third-party risks/liliRisk mitigation and best practices/liliFamiliarity with OWASP top 10 for LLMs and MITRE ATLAS frameworks/li/ul/liliCloud DevOps knowledge ulliFamiliarity with AWS, Azure and GCP. Comfort with container orchestration (Kubernetes/EKS/AKS/GKE), Helm, Docker and secret management. Proven success working in distributed, remote-first environments. Experience with log management, SIEM, and EDR is a significant bonus. Ideally, youve participated in one or more of the common sales processes such as MEDDPICC, Challenger Selling, or Value Selling in a presales or architect role. Ability to adapt, thrive and excel in a fast-moving, nimble environment. Comfortable in a team selling environment, working in close collaboration with peers in the CrowdStrike sales organization. You take a consultative sales approach ability to challenge companies/businesses to think differently. Strength in evangelizing technology and new account acquisition (hunting) ability to discover and uncover new opportunities with prospects and existing business customers. Highly motivated and professional, with excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Outstanding organizational skills with the attested ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks to meet deadlines. Self-starter able to work independently but also team oriented work together win together attitude. Excellent problem resolution skills resourceful and constructive.
