We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Bookkeeper. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day financial transactions, prepare accurate reports, and handle communication with clients via email. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while maintaining accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain and update general ledger accounts and entries, ensuring all financial transactions are recorded accurately.
  2. Prepare monthly financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  3. Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
  4. Manage accounts payable and receivable, including the processing of invoices and payments.
  5. Assist in preparing annual budgets and forecasts to aid strategic planning.
  6. Provide regular reports and analysis to management for decision-making.
  7. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and organizational policies.
