JOB OVERVIEW:Sort, process and finish all soiled resort bed linens, terry and food and beverage table linens by operating all laundry cleaning machinery in accordance to resort's standards. Perform linen inventories.REPORTS TO: General Manager of Laundry and/or Laundry SupervisorQUALIFICATIONS· perform job functions with attention to detail, speed and accuracy.· prioritize and organize.· be a clear thinker, remaining calm and resolving problems using good judgement.· follow directions thoroughly.· understand guest's service needs.· work cohesively with co-workers as part of a team.· work with minimal supervision.· maintain confidentiality of guest information and pertinent resort data.· work flexible hours/days· Ability to work in all areas of the plant.· Ability to perform all tasks as assigned by Supervisor or ManagerPHYSICAL ABILITIESEssential:1.
