Monitors casino activities, transactions and reporting requirements to ensure compliance with Federal, State and Tribal laws and regulations as well as compliance with required internal controls. Protect assets by monitoring and reporting deficiencies or violations via CCTV surveillance system.

High school diploma or GED. Law enforcement, regulatory, surveillance or investigative related experience and/ or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals. Ability to interpret accounting and gaming related documents. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups, including, casino management, customers, law enforcement etc.
Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as: probability and statistical inference, fundamentals of plan and solid geometry and trigonometry. Ability to maintain true count during card counting detection procedures. Ability to count currency and playing chips. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions to practical situations.
Ability to define problems with data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret and extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
Must be competent in computer skills. Must be detailed orientated. Must be able to sit for long periods of time and watch CCTV monitors. Must be able to operate a two-way radio. Must be able to make minor repairs to cameras, videotape recorders and other surveillance equipment. Must have superior interpersonal relations skills.
