Call Center Sleep Consultant

The Call Center Sleep Consultant plays a vital role in enhancing patient care by conducting proactive outreach to assist patients with CPAP supply reorders. This position involves promoting CPAP equipment while ensuring patient satisfaction and adherence through strong relationship building. Hours & Location:

  • This is a remote, full-time position requiring a commitment of 40+ hours per week.
  • Candidates must reside in Georgia, Alabama, or Tennessee.
  • All necessary equipment will be shipped to your home prior to your start date.

Pay:

  • Starting pay is $13 per hour.
  • After 90 days of successful performance, your pay increases to $15 per hour, and after one year, it reaches $16 per hour.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct quarterly outreach to patients for CPAP supply reorders, targeting a 50% reorder rate while ensuring patient compliance and satisfaction.
  • Promote and sell replacement masks, seals, and filters with goals of 80% of orders including masks and 75% including seals.
  • Employ effective outreach methods to evaluate patient engagement and satisfaction, aiming to maximize participation in the S3 program.
  • Verify and update patient records, including insurance details, to maintain accurate and current information.
  • Maintain professionalism in all interactions with patients, including timely return of voicemails within two hours, upholding high phone etiquette standards, and creating positive relationships.
  • Navigate the platform effectively to process orders according to specific client procedures.
  • Complete other assigned tasks as needed.

Required Qualifications:

  • GED or High School Diploma.

Job Expectations:

  • Availability to work additional or irregular hours as necessary.
  • Compliance with security policies and procedures to protect company and client information.
  • Ability to sit and use a computer for extended periods.
