What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

• Manage and provide risk mitigation services to multiple clients and associations
• Develop and implement risk control service plans, including risk reduction strategies and training
• Analyze and evaluate conditions and practices, including incident analysis and regulatory compliance
• Communicate risk mitigation information effectively to clients and stakeholders
• Collaborate with the sales team to convert prospects into clients

What is Required (Qualifications):

• Bachelor's degree in a technically related field preferred
• One professional certification required: Associate in Risk Management (ARM), Professional Risk Consultant (PRC), or Certified/Associate Safety Professional (CSP or ASP)
• Minimum of eight (8) years of related risk services experience or equivalent education and experience
• Knowledge of risk services program management and strong customer service skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation abilities
