Project Manager

We're looking for a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to support and coordinate the SEO department. You will act as the bridge between SEO specialists, management, and other internal teams to ensure smooth workflows, timely deliverables, and high-quality output. This role involves task management, prioritizing client needs, supporting team processes, and communicating performance updates to leadership.

Position Responsibilities:

• Manage monthly task assignments and workflows in Monday.com
• Prioritize and delegate client requests and SEO-related tasks
• Track deadlines, progress, and deliverables to ensure accuracy and quality
• Support new client kickoff calls and coordinate internal next steps
• Work closely with SEO, QLT, and CSM teams to resolve bottlenecks and maintain consistency
• Help improve processes and maintain documentation across the department
