Completes checklists to report the cleanliness and condition of each assigned area. Identifies room assignments and types of cleaning required for each room. Inspects guest rooms after being cleaned by the Housekeeper. Responds promptly to requests from guests and other departments. Enters status of rooms cleaned on assignment sheets. Assists all aspects, within the Housekeeping discipline, up to but not limited to cleaning rooms/villas, house aide duties, and public space cleaning. Guest Experience and Company Standards Welcome and greet guests and anticipate and address their needs. Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly. Contribute to team goals. Always follow company policies and safety procedures. To Become a Senior Housekeeper at MVW: Available to work various shifts, holidays, and both weekend days.
