Job Description Summary
At the direction of the Trial Facilities manager, the Lead Warehouse Coordinator will assist coordinating the daily operations of Tribally owed warehouse facilities. Delivers and retrieves items from the casino properties. Assist with warehouse deliveries into and out of the Tribal warehouses. Maintains a computerized database system that captures pictures and inventory quantities of items stored in the warehouse. Conducts approved releases of items stored for Tribal Member giveaways, liquidations and donations. Maintains an organized and controlled environment of storage and an element of security of all property stored at the warehouse. Works with outside vendors for proper disposal of e-waste, recyclables and donated items.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned)
* Coordinates the daily distribution of materials.
* Responsible for updating the warehouse data base.
* Process incoming and outgoing requisitions for proper distribution and/ or storage.
* Communicates with the Tribal Facilities Manager for proper follow-up and documentation on warehouse stored items.
* Responsible for the cleanliness and safe operations of warehouse facility, warehouse equipment and vehicles.
* Schedules maintenance all warehouse equipment and vehicles.
* Organizes and performs material audits.
* Adheres to all Tribal Ordinance, Regulations and Standard Operating Procedures.
* Assist as needed with Tribal Facilities
* Provide regular inventory reports to management
* Identify potential inventory shortages and communicate with relevant departments
* Allocate and organize storage locations according to requirements
* Oversea and assist with the loading and unloading of deliveries
* Work independently or in a team setting
