JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
Under the general supervision of Trust Services management and direct supervision of the Residential Leasing Supervisor, process and analyze a wide variety of realty documents and transactions. Perform data entry, initial level transaction review, records clean-up, and prepare files for archiving. Assist front office staff as needed with phones, greeting clients, and document intake.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (other duties may be assigned)
* Review documents and identify any defects.
* As applicable, notify clients of existing defects or correct existing defects.
* Create and maintain files in both hard copy and electronic formats.
* Perform extensive records research and document proof-reading.
* Create daily work reports and other data reports as needed.
* Maintain records in accordance with applicable regulations, policies and procedures.
* Data entry into a Federal system of record.
* Convert documents to formats for uploading into electronic system.
