Greet and seats guest in the entertainment venue ensuring 4-diamond service while complying with maximum capacity safety guidelines. Essential Duties And Responsibilities Greet all event participants and guests with exemplary guest service. Maintain knowledge of admittance restrictions and inform all entering guests. Provide general information regarding events and venue. Assist all event guests with locating their seat whether reserved or general and maintain the proper flow of pedestrian traffic within the event area. Performs other job related duties as assigned. Qualifications written skills. Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of classified information. Ability to tactfully and diplomatically deal with the public and staff.
