We are looking for a Marketing Communications Manager to own our demand generation activities including organic social presence, brand awareness, and partner marketing management. You'll plan and execute our organic social strategy on all relevant channels, drive thought leadership and PR with journalists and industry media, and manage partner co-marketing planning and activities (webinars, case studies, events, marketplace listings). This is a hands-on role in a B2B SaaS company, working closely with Product Marketing, Demand Gen, Content, Sales, and Customer Success.

What will you do at MMDSmart?

Own organic social & community:

  • Build the editorial calendar, publish, and engage daily across LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Reddit, Quora, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
  • Develop and manage executive and employee advocacy programs; coach leaders on tone, cadence, and POV.
  • Moderate communities and forums; escalate product insights and customer feedback.

Lead thought leadership & PR:

  • Create and pitch story angles, bylines, quotes, and speaker submissions to journalists and event organizers.
  • Create case studies, attain customer reviews
  • Maintain media and analyst lists, relationships and manage briefings.
  • Coordinate award submissions, analyst mentions, and contributed articles with Product Marketing.

Drive partner marketing:

  • Plan and execute co-marketing campaigns with strategic partners: joint webinars, sponsorship at events, blogs, newsletters, and case studies.
  • Manage marketplace listings and collateral.
