Job Summary: As a Human Resources Director, you will oversee all HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and organizational development. 7. Implement HR metrics and analytics to assess and improve workforce productivity and engagement.
8. Partner with department heads to align HR initiatives with business needs.
9. Manage HR technology and tools to streamline HR processes and improve efficiency.
10. Support leadership with organizational change management and workforce planning.
