Job descriptionResponsibilities:* Perform routine maintenance services, including oil changes, tire rotations, filter replacement, Dealer recommended services* Inspect vehicles for potential issues and recommend necessary repairs or services* Complete service orders accurately and efficiently* Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and answering questions* Perform factory recalls and updates* As needed work as shop technician helper to develop skills for advancement.Skills:* Strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of automotive systems* Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks as required* Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions* UTI, Wyo tech or local college certificate a strong plus* Technical experience is a plusNote: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
