About The Behavior Lab

At The Behavior Lab, we believe in playful learning, compassionate care, and building brighter futures - one child at a time. We are a home and clinic-based ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) therapy company that works closely with children who have behavioral challenges or a diagnosis of Autism. Through play-based, personalized therapy, we help children develop essential life skills in their most comfortable environments - home, clinic, school, or the community.

We're a supportive, family-oriented team that values creativity, collaboration, and heart. If you're passionate about working with children and looking to make a meaningful impact, we'd love to meet you!

What You'll Do

As a Registered Behavior Technician, you'll play a vital role in helping children grow, learn, and thrive. You'll work one-on-one with clients, using ABA strategies to support their development and reduce challenging behaviors - always with guidance and support from our clinical team.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering one-on-one therapy sessions using evidence-based ABA techniques
  • Making learning fun through structured play and interactive activities
  • Tracking progress and collecting data on skill development and behaviors
  • Communicating with families and team members to ensure consistent support
  • Helping adapt therapy plans to fit each child's unique needs
  • Bringing creativity, energy, and patience to every session
What We're Looking For

The perfect candidate will have experience in the ABA field and hold an active RBT certification. In efforts to streamline and ensure you have the most up to date knowledge - we provide full, paid training. We also seek those passionate in working with kids and have a commitment to making a difference.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma required; college coursework in psychology, education, or a related field is a plus
  • Active RBT Certification, or have previously held an RBT certification that is eligible to recertify upon review and hire.
  • A love for working with children and a desire to learn and grow
  • Strong communication and observation skills
  • Reliable, motivated, and comfortable working independently in home and community settings
  • Tech-savvy and organized, with a positive and creative mindset
  • Able to work flexible hours (including after school and evenings)

We believe that when you grow, we grow. That's why we offer more than just a job - we offer a path.
  • Opportunity to grow into a full-time role with benefits
  • Flexible scheduling to fit your lifestyle
  • Ongoing paid training and professional development
  • A fun, relaxed atmosphere where your voice matters
  • Team support every step of the way
  • Regular team events and a welcoming, inclusive culture
