The primary responsibility of this position is to administer medications to residents and assist with other aspects of their daily care and routine. As a Medication Technician, you embody our principle of Person-Centered care and support our mission statement through People, Passion, and Excellence by providing the highest standard of care and customer service. In assisted living and memory care, this role also ensures safety, promotes dignity, and supports engagement for residents with cognitive or physical challenges. MINIMUM JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS - High School Diploma or equivalent. Six months of related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience. Appropriate certification, as required by the state. Previous experience in senior living preferred.
