The City of Banning seeks a City Manager to lead the city's growth and fiscal stability. The new City Manager will work closely with the five Council members to step forward with ethical leadership, strategic planning, and fiscal stewardship to improve services and resources for businesses and residents. Key challenges include financial/fiscal management, development of the City's Finance Department, supervision of the animal shelter, code enforcement, labor relations, economic development, and broader organizational development.
