The Sanitation and Equipment Supervisor is a Dishwashing/Stewarding Supervisor position, and it holds a pivotal leadership role, ensuring the seamless operation and organization of all culinary support areas across the resort.

The pay rate for this position is $21.00 - $25.00 hourly. This is the pay rate for this position that the Grand Hyatt Indian Wells reasonably expects to pay. Decisions regarding individual salaries will be based on a number of factors, such as experience and education.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Excellence: Direct and oversee the stewarding team, coordinating the critical movement of supplies, equipment, and resources to support diverse hotel venues and events.
• Impeccable Standards: Conduct meticulous inspections of staff performance and production, strictly upholding the highest sanitation and cleaning protocols essential for a luxury property.
• Team Leadership: Take the initiative in training new colleagues, assisting with scheduling, and supporting the Stewarding Manager in all facets of daily department management.
