What You'll Be Doing

Youll manage and execute the full digital marketing cycle--from content creation to analytics--to drive awareness, leads, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement multi-channel digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals
  
• Manage and grow social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok)
  
• Write high-converting copy for ads, landing pages, email campaigns, and social content
  
• Edit and produce short-form videos for social and digital ads
  
• Optimize website SEO for improved visibility and traffic
  
• Build and monitor marketing funnels to nurture leads and boost conversion rates
  
• Track performance analytics across all platforms and provide actionable insights
  
• Collaborate with leadership to align campaigns with company growth objectives
  

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of professional experience in digital marketing
  
• Proven success managing campaigns that drive measurable ROI
  
• Strong copywriting and content creation skills
  
• Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar)
  
• Experience with SEO, Google Analytics, and digital ad platforms (Meta, Google Ads)
  
• Understanding of CRM and marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.)
  
• Creative problem solver with data-driven decision-making skills
  
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management abilities
  

Pay & Perks
