Job Description SummaryPrepares food for outlets as needed. Such prep may include cold salads, meat trays, desserts, fruit and cheese trays, garnishes, and hot items when necessary, per outlet requirements.Essential Duties and Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned)* Prepares foodstuffs in large quantities as needed, while properly rotating and labeling.* Assists Chef with food set up for outlet production.* Helps transport food and assists receiving in putting away food products.* Maintains clean, safe and sanitary work area.* Keeps all refrigerators, freezers, and dry storage areas organized and cleaned daily.* Knowledge of correct operations of all kitchen equipment.* If emergency arises, may be required to work in front of the house operations.* Provide excellent guest service to both guests and internal clients.* Must adhere to all Tribal Ordinance, Regulations, and Internal Controls and Standard Operating Procedures.* Able to read and produce food recipesSupervisory ResponsibilitiesNone.Access to Sensitive Areas and InformationAs per the ACGC Access MatrixSignatory AbilityNone.
