In the role of Dental Billing Specialist, you will collaborate with our staff, patients, and insurance providers to ensure accurate processing of patients' insurance claims based on verification. Your professionalism, reliability, and outstanding customer service will play a vital role in the ongoing success of our practice.

This position is remote and allows you to work from home.

Responsibilities:

1. Ensuring the complete collection of all outstanding balances
2. Presenting accurate claims within 24 hours following the audit process
3. Conducting follow-ups on aged claims at 14-day intervals
4. Reducing the insurance aging over 90 days to zero and maintaining that status
5. Collaborate with the surgical team, verification team, and patient coordinators to relay updates regarding patients' insurance information
