Description: Seeking a dynamic and experienced Sr Product Manager to join our Product & Technology team. This critical role will lead the development and execution of innovative product initiatives that drive the future of real estate experiences. You will focus on creating forward-thinking solutions that empower our brokerage teams, leveraging emerging
technologies and data-driven insights. The Sr Product Manager will partner closely with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to deliver impactful products, champion a customer-first mindset, and foster a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement.

What Youll Do

• Lead Product Strategy & Roadmap
  Collaborate with business partners through design thinking workshops, elaboration sessions, and other techniques to define and prioritize your product roadmap and backlog.
  Translate business needs into actionable technical requirements that align with your products vision for innovation.
• Drive Product Development
  Partner with technical leads, UX designers, and your scrum team (Pod) to refine and deliver cutting-edge products.
  Actively serve as Product Owner, writing epics and user stories, and ensuring backlog readiness.
• Operational Leadership
  Own product ceremonies and communications, including sprint demos, bi-weekly updates, portfolio reviews, and planning sessions.
  Champion agile best practices and foster a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement.
• Data-Driven Decision Making
  Analyze product performance and user behavior to identify trends, opportunities, and optimizations.
  Create reports and dashboards to inform stakeholders and guide strategic decisions.
• Innovation & Industry Awareness
  Stay ahead of emerging trends in AI, machine learning, data analytics, and real estate technology.
  Explore new tools and frameworks to enhance product capabilities and user experience.
• Tools & Collaboration
  Utilize platforms such as Jira, Confluence, Miro, Microsoft Teams, Copilot, and modern analytics tools.
  Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery.

What You Need to Succeed

Experience

• Minimum 5 years as a Product Manager, Technical Product Manager, or similar role.
• Proven success in defining product roadmaps and delivering innovative solutions in an agile/scrum environment.
• Experience working with cloud-based platforms, APIs, and modern web/mobile technologies.
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, data-driven product development, and experimentation frameworks.

Skills

• Strong ability to elicit requirements, perform gap analyses, and translate business needs into technical specifications.
• Proficient in documenting system design, creating flowcharts, and visualizing complex processes.
• Analytical mindset with experience in data visualization tools and interpreting metrics for actionable insights.

Leadership & Communication

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to influence without formal authority.
• Strong consensus-building and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Detail-oriented with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred

• Experience with web applications, APIs, AI agentics, and modern front-end frameworks.
