Wamy is looking for our Founding Account Executive. We are a fast-growing Legal Tech startup solving a massive pain point for law firms.
This is not a "standard" AE role where you sit back and wait for marketing to fill your calendar. This is a Full-Cycle Sales role for a hunter who wants to own the entire process—from the first cold call to the signed contract.
You will be the first dedicated sales hire. You will work directly with the Founder. You will set the playbook. If you are tired of being Employee #5,000 at a giant corporation and want to build something real, this is your chance.
Requirements
2+ Years of Legal Tech Sales Experience: You have sold SaaS to law firms before (e.g., at Clio, MyCase, Thomson Reuters, LexisNexis). You understand the "billable hour" mindset and know how to speak to Partners.
A Proven "Hunter": You can show us a track record where you self-sourced at least 50% of your own revenue. You don't fear the phone.
No "Big Company" Hangovers: You don't need a 2-week training seminar or a manager checking your activity daily. You know how to manage your own day and hit targets remotely.
Tech Savvy: You are comfortable using modern sales tools (CRMs, Dialers, LinkedIn Sales Nav) to maximize your efficiency.
