Overview

Associate Directors are key members of Directive. They are responsible for client and employee retention, and their performance is directly reflected in our P&L.

Role And Responsibilities

• Goal Setting: set goals for each client engagement within your pod.
• Best Practices: ensure clients follow best practices across all channels and mediums, including LTV:CAC modeling, Customer Generation, Share of SERP, and Functional Content.
• Breakdown Barriers: understand approval moments, support strategists in earning a yes, and remove roadblocks during 1:1 conversations.
• Accountability: build structure, create cadence, support proactively, and empower the team with clear communication and expectation setting.
• NSM Attainment: 100%
• CSAT: 4.2+
• Bookings: $150k per half-year (total across pod for H1)

• Base salary range: $100,000 - $135,000 USD, plus bonus eligibility.

Work Environment Requirements

Remote?first. Work from anywhere in the US. For other global locations, ensure you have current work authorization. Requires a laptop, reliable internet, necessary software, and the ability to sit for extended periods. Work primarily via virtual meetings (Zoom) and Slack.
