Job Details

Collects tickets for concerts/events and assists guests with finding their seat or any other assistance needed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include:

• Approaching guests and helping them to their seats
• Maintaining clear aisles once concert has begun
• Enforcing policies of Venue (i.e. no smoking, no cameras etc.)
• Help to direct guests to concessions, restrooms, Box Office, Casino, etc.
• This position is not limited to those duties listed in the job description. Duties and responsibilities can be changed, expanded, reduced or deleted to meet business needs of the company.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age and pass a criminal and drug screening.
• Must have excellent communication skills in English. Spanish is a plus.
• Good people skills (customer service)
• High School Diploma/GED is NOT required for this position but it is a plus!
• Must be able to work evenings and weekends and stand for long periods of time.
• Previous Usher experience is a plus.

Physical Demands:

While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to walk. The employee is frequently required to stand; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk or hear and taste or smell. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
