Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced abstract title attorney to join our team. As an in-house abstract title attorney, you will play a critical role in reviewing and analyzing title abstracts, identifying potential title issues, and providing expert guidance to our team.

Responsibilities:

- Review and analyze title abstracts to identify potential title issues

- Provide expert guidance on title matters to internal stakeholders

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve title issues

- Develop and implement processes to improve title review efficiency and accuracy

- Stay up-to-date on changes in title law and regulations

Requirements:

- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

- 5+ years of experience in abstract title law

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills

- Remote Associate: Ability to work independently in a remote environment, strong organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
