Koniag Tech Infrastructure Solutions, LLC a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking an Acquisition Functional SME to support KTIS and our government customer. This is a remote position.

Essential Functions, Responsibilities & Duties may include, but are not limited to:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to capture, document, and prioritize business requirements for requirements planning, vendor engagement, and proposal submission workflows

• Analyze current acquisition processes and map them to desired future state functionality

• Define and document functional use cases

• Support the development of automated workflows for document creation, review, approval, and routing

• Participate in Agile sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews

• Provide continuous feedback on system performance and recommend improvements

• Support integration requirements

• Assist in development of standardized templates and automated document placement logic

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related field

• Minimum 5 years of experience in federal acquisition processes (cradle to grave)

• 3+ years of experience in business process analysis and requirements gathering

• Strong knowledge of federal acquisition regulations

• Experience with Agile methodologies and user story development

• Proficiency in process modeling and workflow design

• Experience with vendor management and proposal evaluation processes

• Strong analytical and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree in relevant field

• Experience with cloud-based procurement systems

• Experience with Microsoft Office 365 and SharePoint environments
