Responsibilities
• Meet with clients virtually (phone/Zoom) or in person to match them with affordable life insurance plans
• Use our lead system to manage outreach, presentations, and follow-ups
• Stay plugged into mentorship and training to sharpen your skills
• Take ownership of your own schedule, income, and career path
• We believe in having a work-life balance and freedom for you and your family! Own your own schedule and your own time!
• We equip agents with cutting-edge technology and a comprehensive product portfolio that makes closing the sale simple and easy
• Along the way, we will coach, advise, and train you. We offer one-on-one mentoring
• We directly send leads to your phone
• NO door-knocking, cold-calling, or depending solely on referrals
Qualifications
• Willing to obtain a state life insurance license (if not already licensed)
• Self-motivated, coachable, and eager to learn
• Able to communicate effectively with clients and team members
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Trainable and committed to growth
• Willing to pursue insurance licensing if not already held
• The ability to communicate effectively and the freedom to work anywhere in the country, with the caveat that you must maintain contact with your mentor. (Zoom serves as our in-house "phone center.")
