The Student Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting the day-to-day execution of our student success operations. This role ensures coaches are prepared, students remain engaged, and follow-ups happen consistently and on time. You will work closely with coaches, students, and internal teamsto keep our coaching ecosystem running smoothly. Responsibilities: • Prepare and deliver pre-call student reports to coaches 24 to 48 hours before scheduled coaching calls • Update coaches on important student information, flags, or changes • Monitor student engagement and proactively follow up with inactive or at risk students • Respond to student questions and route issues to the appropriate internal teams • Support the execution of coaching calls, webinars, challenges, and community events • Track student activity, attendance, and engagement metrics • Provide regular updates to leadership on student engagement and potential risks Qualifications: • Experience in customer support, student success, community coordination, or a related role • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Highly organized with strong attention to detail • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Comfortable working with digital tools and online communities • Proactive mindset with strong follow-through • Reliable and consistent work habits in a remote setting Compensation: $5 - $7 hourly
