Salary: $90,000 - $115,000 + commissions

CCL Hospitality is seeking an Associate Director of Business Development, who shares our values, wants to work with a team of great individuals, and who is committed to being part of our success. Reporting to the Regional Vice President of Sales, the Associate Director of Business Development will support our sales team and play a key role in the growth of the CCL Hospitality portfolio in the national market.
This position supports the sales team for Behavioral Health prospects nationally. While this position is a remote position, travel is required 20-50% of the time. A central time zone residence is preferred; those near major airports are also considered. If you have a positive attitude and love learning, you may be interested in joining our team!
This position offers a great opportunity for a highly motivated, sales?focused individual seeking to grow into a Director of Business Development role. The Associate Director of Business Development will collaborate with the Directors of Business Development at every stage of the sales process to win new business.
