An outstanding, full-time opening has become available in the Cathedral City, CA area for an individual with 7+ years' experience as a Division/Operations Manager preferably with a background in Waste Management. This position would earn a generous base salary, a great health benefits package, a 401K plan, generous PTO and other outstanding perks.

All candidates MUST have the following experiences to qualify for consideration

• Please DO NOT APPLY unless you have 7+ years of Division/Operations Management experience within Waste/Recycling Management, Logistics, Fleet or Transportation industries.
• Familiarity with maintaining division disciplines (i.e. dispatch, routing, maintenance and support operations) with high priority of safety and optimization is a MUST.
• Oversight of operational costs, planning/developing procedures, and other administrative responsibilities including hiring/training is a MUST.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a MUST.
• Experience with OSHA and DOT compliance is a MUST.

• A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Management/Logistics is HIGHLY PREFERRED.
