Were excited for you to experience our values (People, Passion, and Progress) in action, and look forward to your application./ppWhat Youll Do on a Typical Day/pulliAdvise and arrange travel for corporate business customers (both individuals and groups) in the US/liliConduct analysis and research on travel options, and pro-actively anticipate traveler needs to sell additional services/liliArrange and book domestic and international business travel, in a variety of complexity, for air, road, rail, and accommodations/liliUse of one of our Global Distribution Systems (GDS)/liliEnsure compliance to customers agreed travel policy, service provider policies, and regulatory requirements/liliUse positive telephone service techniques and act on special customer requests/liliPrevent fraudulent callers from trying to book trips afterhours by following our security protocols./liliCollaborate within your team to coach, mentor, and provide constructive feedback to improve service levels/li/ulpWhat Are We Looking For?/pulliPassion for excellence in client service, including proactive anticipation of needs/liliNative Global Distribution System expertise (Sabre, Apollo, Amadeus)/lili1+ years corporate travel experience, including fares, ticketing, car, hotel, air, and rail for domestic and international travel./liliExcellent professional communication (written and verbal)/liliAttention to detail/liliAct with integrity, and look after personal traveler information/liliResolving customer issues quickly and independently / with supplier/liliTeamwork and openness to feedback/li/ulpThank you in advance for providing an updated resume to further highlight your interest in this particular opportunity. The national range provided includes the base salary that GBT expects to pay for the role. Actual base salary will be based on factors including the scope and complexity of the role and the successful candidates relevant experience, skills, knowledge, and work location. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus which rewards participants based on individual and/or company performance.
