We are seeking motivated and service-oriented individuals to join our team as Cruise Planners. This remote, commission-based position offers flexibility, industry training, and the opportunity to help clients design memorable cruise vacations worldwide.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to understand their travel preferences, budgets, and cruise interests
• Research cruise lines, itineraries, promotions, and destination requirements
• Plan and book complete cruise packages, including accommodations, excursions, transfers, and travel protection
• Provide ongoing support and customer service before, during, and after travel
• Build and maintain client relationships through email, phone, and social media
• Stay informed about industry updates, supplier offers, and emerging travel trends
• Promote services through networking, marketing campaigns, and referral development

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer?service skills
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple client files
• Self?motivated with the ability to work independently
• Comfortable using technology, online research tools, and social platforms
• Passion for travel and helping others
• No prior travel experience required; training is provided
