Program Manager - Life Sciences (Hybrid, NJ)
$130K + Bonus

We're seeking an experienced Program Manager (5-10 years) with a strong background in life sciences, GMP, and regulated environments to lead cross-functional initiatives and enhance customer success. This role requires a hands-on leader who can drive change, define KPIs, identify gaps, and implement process improvements across systems, teams, and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead system implementations, process optimization, and customer experience initiatives.
• Partner directly with customers - understand needs, build relationships, deliver presentations, and guide them through the journey.
• Manage program financials, reporting, and performance metrics.
• Oversee a cross-functional team of 3-5, ensuring alignment, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Translate data and insights into actionable strategies that enhance outcomes.

• 5-10 years of program/project management experience in GMP, pharma, or life sciences.
• Proven track record driving measurable change and managing complex, multi-stakeholder programs.
• Strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
• Hybrid - must be able to work from the Southern NJ office several days per week.
