We are looking for a Software Engineer who will design and implement scalable, high-performance software solutions that solve real-time customer data delivery challenges. The ideal candidate is passionate about building distributed systems that process large-scale event data, enabling customers to take immediate, data-driven action through real-time personalization and automation.

Your day to day will include partnering closely with software engineers, architects, DevOps, and Product Managers to design and deliver high-quality solutions. Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable applications using modern Java frameworks. Actively participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, contributing to planning, estimation, and continuous improvement. Contribute to architectural design discussions, test planning, and operational excellence initiatives. Participate in peer code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices. Research, evaluate, and recommend new technologies or design approaches to improve performance, scalability, and reliability.

What you bring to Tealium includes 2+ years of Java development experience using modern frameworks such as Spring or Quarkus. Strong foundation in modern software engineering principles, design patterns, and best practices. Experience with microservices architectures and designing/supporting high-traffic, highly available systems. Proficiency with both NoSQL and relational databases. Hands-on experience deploying software to cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure. Exposure to distributed messaging and streaming technologies, including Kafka. Understanding of modern DevOps practices and tools, including Docker, Kubernetes, Serverless, and Terraform. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts to peers, architects, and team leads. Eagerness and ability to learn new technologies and adapt to evolving technical environments. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.

This position offers a base salary range of 195,000 to 260,000 PLN (Polish zloty) annually. The final offer is determined by job-related skills, experience, and qualifications. The role may also be eligible for a performance-based bonus and equity options.
