Job Description
We are partnering with an established, asset-based carrier with nearly 70 years in business is seeking an experienced Logistics Sales Executive to join its high-growth team. Serving Fortune 500 customers nationwide, this company offers a strong sales culture, modern technology, and full operational support in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect, develop, and close new customer business
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract execution
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Negotiate rates and manage contracts
- Coordinate shipments with dedicated operations and dispatch teams
- Consistently meet or exceed KPI and revenue targets
- 2-5+ years of freight brokerage or logistics sales experience
- Proven track record of exceeding sales goals (ideally $300K+/month revenue, $30K+/month gross margin)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Entrepreneurial, hunter mindset with self-motivation
- Ability to manage and grow customer accounts
- $80K-$100K base salary + uncapped commissions
- Remote flexibility, no non-compete, modern TMS/CRM, and 24/7 operational support
