Director of Enterprise Transformation Programs

About the Role
Clarvida is seeking a dynamic leader to drive enterprise-wide transformation initiatives across technology and operations. As part of our Program Management Office (PMO), you'll ensure consistency, scalability, and efficiency through standardized frameworks. This role partners with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver complex programs that advance organizational priorities.
Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise transformation programs, including systems migrations, application modernization, and process optimization
- Facilitate biweekly Senior Leadership Team (SLT) agenda planning and ensure alignment on enterprise priorities.
- Manage program interdependencies, risks, and resources using standardized methodologies.
- Oversee technology enablement initiatives and ensure operational readiness through structured change management
- Provide executive-level reporting and insights using uniform dashboards and templates.
- Champion "The Clarvida Way" by enforcing scalable frameworks and governance structures
- Approach work with a consultative approach
- Bachelor's Degree
- PMP Certification would be great to have
- 10+ years of experience
- Salary: $140,000 - 160,000
