Position Overview
As an Outside Sales Representative with a company who has longevity and values culture, you'll operate remotely while managing a defined local territory. You will serve customers directly, build relationships, and grow your book of business through repeat sales and referrals.

This position is 100% commission-based plus bonus with no cap, ideal for a driven, entrepreneurial individual who enjoys autonomy and rewards based purely on results.
What You'll Do

  • Develop and grow a customer base within your assigned territory
  • Visit clients on-site to provide product solutions and manage replenishment needs
  • Present and promote a full range of industrial and maintenance products
  • Deliver outstanding service, ensuring customers have what they need when they need it
  • Manage orders, deliveries, and follow-up independently while maintaining accurate records

What We're Looking For

Compensation
  • 100% commission-based with no cap on earnings
  • Top performers typically generate $8,000-$12,000/month in commissions
  • Monthly and quarterly bonuses available based on performance metrics
Location
This is a remote serving customers throughout Peoria, IL and surrounding areas.
