WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

Simpli.fi is hiring a SVP/VP of Sales to lead, scale, and optimize our Local Direct Sales organization.

We are looking for a leader who can grow and develop high potential teams and nurture from within by building a trusting, diverse, and growth mindset culture. This role will report directly to the CRO and sit on the senior leadership team.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

  • Driving net new business and retaining current business, with core focus on regional business needs.
  • Building coalition and support cross-functionally across the Simpli.fi organization.
  • Laser-focusing on business outcomes and driving aggressive revenue growth that propels customer satisfaction around Simpli.fi suite of solutions.
  • Consistent, repeatable achievement of revenue and consumption targets through disciplined pipeline and forecast management.
  • Leveraging usage of key business insights to elevate customer conversation and action to drive measurable growth.
  • Managing opportunities across regions, responsible for working with local account teams, resources and clients.
  • Executive leadership with our clients at C-level and above, developing relationships to resolve commercial and business issues with integrity and trust.
  • Managing a high degree of accountability and discipline for all aspects of forecasting and operational management.
  • Constantly managing our talent base, by recruiting, leading and developing the best people
  • Demonstrate leadership qualities of integrity, transparency, and humility.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE:
  • Consistent, scalable revenue growth from SMB clients across local and regional markets.
  • High-performing leadership team and frontline sellers capable of executing strategy.
  • Strong organizational structure, processes, and frameworks that enable growth and operational efficiency.
  • Deep market insights that shape company strategy, product offerings, and client engagement.
  • Cross-functional alignment that maximizes revenue opportunities and client success.
YOU'LL HAVE THE FOLLOWING TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:
  • 10+ years of experience in sales, marketing, business development and/or enterprise level information technology consulting; experience in adtech, programmatic, digital media, or SaaS, with a focus on SMB or local/regional clients.
  • 5-10+ years leading a large sales organization; A leader of leaders.
  • Proven ability to lead, build trust and be highly credible across levels of organizations.
  • Deep understanding of programmatic advertising and digital marketing solutions for SMBs. Knowledge within Industry and ability to make confident recommendations at C-level, business decision makers.
  • Comfortable leading in a fast-paced, high-growth, and remote-first environment.
  • Strong growth mindset. Seeks to solve difficult customer challenges.
