We are looking to add a Senior Strategic Finance Manager to our team!
LOCATION: Remote
REPORTS TO: VP of Strategic Finance
PAY: $135,000-$160,000 + 15% Bonus
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Build and maintain complex financial models for forecasting, scenario planning, and strategic analysis.
- Lead preparation of board materials and executive-level reporting with a high degree of accuracy and clarity.
- Manage G&A expense planning and analysis, ensuring alignment with company objectives and cost optimization.
- Deliver timely and accurate balance sheet and cash flow forecasts to support liquidity and capital planning.
- Lead and manage the finance rhythm of business processes, including monthly and quarterly reviews, ensuring alignment across teams.
- Play a critical role in long-range planning, partnering with leadership to define financial strategies and growth targets.
- Support month-end and quarter-end close processes with analysis and insights to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Drive process improvements in financial planning and reporting systems to enhance efficiency and transparency.
- Provide thought leadership and mentor junior team members to elevate analytical capabilities.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 7+ years of progressive experience in FP&A or Strategic Finance roles.
Skills:
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis, including balance sheet and cash flow.
- Strong presentation skills with experience preparing materials for senior executives and boards.
- Knowledge of SQL and ability to leverage data for insights is a plus.
