How You'll Make an Impact

• Lead and coach a team of Account Managers to achieve sales objectives.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans for key market verticals.
• Forecast bookings and manage opportunity pipelines effectively.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with major customers.
• Collaborate with business units to align value propositions with market trends.
• Drive market analysis and identify growth opportunities.
• Oversee team development, including training and performance management.
• Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your Background

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of experience leading sales pursuits.
• At least 5 years of experience in the data center market.
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to understand complex solutions.
• Proven leadership skills in coaching and team development.
• Exceptional communication and analytical abilities.

Compensation Range is $200,800 - $251,000.
