Job Description:

Core Responsibilities

• Create and update test plans, procedures, and quality standards for wireless devices and accessories
• Run and document regression and random device testing
• Validate OEM and partner test results
• Manage test sample logistics and firmware upgrades using OEM tools
• Certify software maintenance and security releases
• Compile test data and logs and submit engineering reports to OEMs and internal teams
• Track issues in JIRA/Confluence, troubleshoot defects, perform field testing when needed
• Monitor customer-reported issues and perform root cause analysis
• Deploy new test tools as required

Skills & Requirements

• 5+ years in product development or technology roles, with 3+ in mobile/wireless
• Knowledge of LTE, 5G, RF, GSM/WCDMA/WiFi
• Experience with Android and iOS mobile testing
• Strong QA, regression, and feature testing background
• Experience testing and certifying devices for carriers (MNO/MVNO)
• Fluent in JIRA, Confluence, test reporting, and OEM tools
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, project management, and documentation skills
• Bachelor's in CS, Electronics, Telecom, or related field

Mobile QA

- Person can start ASAP, 1 opening

- 4 days onsite in Philly, building might be walkable from train station

- Android and iOS testing experience, wireless testing experience

- Testing wireless applications on Android and iOS

- Most desired to get someone who previously worked at Comcast
